Bio

Ms. L. Monisha holds an M.Phil. in Commerce along with postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Commerce, all completed with First Class and Distinction. She served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, Chennai, where she taught undergraduate commerce courses and actively contributed to academic excellence through innovative teaching and effective student mentoring.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she held several administrative roles including ERP Coordinator, Department Test Coordinator, and Admission In-charge. She played a significant role in examination management, ERP administration, admission processes, academic result analysis, and departmental coordination. She has also completed professional certifications in Financial Accounting and Investment Risk Management through Coursera and possesses technical proficiency in MS Office, IBM SPSS, Tally ERP 9, and e-Varsity ERP. Her teaching philosophy focuses on combining conceptual understanding with practical applications to prepare students for academic and professional success.
