Ms. A.N. Amrin Fathima brings over 9 years of teaching, research, and academic leadership experience in higher education. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM IST, Chennai, she is pursuing her Ph.D. while actively contributing to research, innovation, and curriculum development. Throughout her academic career, she has authored numerous research publications, books, book chapters, patents, and conference papers.

She believes that quality education extends beyond classroom instruction by integrating research, experiential learning, and industry-oriented practices into the teaching process. Her student-centric approach emphasizes critical thinking, collaborative learning, digital pedagogy, and project-based activities that equip learners with practical knowledge and professional competencies. She is passionate about mentoring students and fostering innovation, ethical values, and lifelong learning.
