I am a passionate and committed Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce with 4years experience in teaching undergraduate students across diverse areas of commerce and management. My academic expertise includes Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Event Management, and related business subjects. I believe that education should bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations, enabling students to develop analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and professional competence.

My teaching philosophy is centred on student engagement, experiential learning, and outcome-based education. I integrate case studies, real-world business examples, presentations, projects, and digital learning tools to make concepts practical and relevant. Alongside classroom teaching, I actively mentor students, guide academic projects, and organize seminars, workshops, certification programs, and industry interaction initiatives that enhance employability.
