Bio

Ms. P. Vijayalakshmi is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce with over five years of teaching experience in higher education. She has previously served at St. Peter's Institute of Higher Education and Research and Vel Tech Ranga Sanku Arts College, contributing significantly to teaching, academic administration, and research activities.

She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Commerce at St. Peter's Institute of Higher Education and Research, focusing on Generation Z workplace behaviour and career aspirations. Her research interests encompass Human Resource Management, Employer Branding, Digital Recruitment, and Work Values among Generation Z.

She strongly believes in experiential and technology-enabled learning. She actively mentor students, organizes academic events, and integrates contemporary research practices into classroom teaching to enhance student engagement and employability.
