K. C. Mythili is an accomplished academic specializing in English Language, English Literature, Communication Skills and Soft Skills training. Throughout her academic career, she has served as a Communication Lab In-Charge, Student Counselor, Placement Coordinator and Master of Ceremonies, contributing significantly to both academic and co-curricular development.

Her teaching philosophy emphasizes interactive, student-centered learning that strengthens communication, critical thinking, and professional competence. She strives to create an inclusive learning environment where students gain confidence, develop ethical values and become industry-ready professionals. Her research interests include Gender Studies, Blue Humanities, Trauma Literature, Indian Writing in English, Black Literature, and socio-cultural narratives. She has published several research papers in reputed journals, presented her work at national and international conferences.
