Bio

G. Akila Devi is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Text Mining at Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education and has extensive academic experience spanning more than five years. Prior to joining SRM, she served as an Assistant Professor at Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Arts and Science, where she taught undergraduate and postgraduate computer science courses while mentoring numerous student projects.

Her research interests include Text Mining, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Graph Neural Networks, Event Detection, Social Media Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. She has authored several research papers published in Springer, IEEE, Wiley, and other indexed journals and conferences.
