Dr. Ajitha A is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, SRM University, Chennai. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Her doctoral research focused on organizational culture, organizational performance, and the mediating role of knowledge management practices among selected IT companies in Tamil Nadu. 

Her academic interests include Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Behaviour, Accounting, Finance, Research Methodology, Marketing Management, and Entrepreneurship Development. She has published research articles in the areas of knowledge management, digital transformation, organizational resilience, artificial intelligence, e-learning, cultural intelligence, and employee engagement.

She has presented papers at various national and international conferences and has received Best Paper and Best Presentation awards. She is proficient in SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS, JAMOVI, MS Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint. Her teaching approach emphasizes conceptual understanding, practical application, research orientation, and student-centered learning.
