Dr. Sumathy S is an accomplished academician, researcher, and mentor with over 18 years of teaching experience in Computer Science. Her areas of expertise include Machine Learning, Network Security, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Analytics, and Image Processing. Throughout her career, she has contributed extensively to research through peer-reviewed journal publications, Scopus-indexed conference papers, patents, book authorship, and book chapters. She has also served as a reviewer, editor, resource person, and curriculum expert, reflecting her commitment to advancing academic excellence and innovation in computing.

 She encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, collaborative learning, and hands-on experiences through project-based learning and emerging technologies. As a mentor, she is dedicated to nurturing students' academic, research, and professional growth while fostering curiosity, ethical values, and lifelong learning.
