Bio

Dr. Sivasankari brings over 4 years of teaching experience and 4 years of research experience in the field of Computer Science. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram Campus, Chennai, where she teaches postgraduate courses and mentors student research and academic projects.

She believes that computer science education is most effective when theoretical concepts are complemented with hands-on implementation and real-world problem solving. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes project-based learning, encouraging students to develop innovative software solutions, explore emerging technologies, and build practical applications.

Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Analytics, Software Engineering, and Intelligent Computing. Over the course of her academic career, she has authored several research publications in reputed journals and conferences and has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate student projects, fostering innovation and research excellence.
