Bio

Dr. J. Sathish Kumar is an accomplished academic with qualifications including M.Com., MBA, M.Phil., Ph.D., and UGC-NET (Commerce). His teaching and research interests encompass Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. He has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate student projects in marketing and HR and has completed several professional certification courses, including NPTEL, Google Certification, Digital Marketing, Business Analysis, and Investment Risk Management. His research contributions include publications in peer-reviewed, UGC CARE-listed, and international journals covering consumer behavior, digital marketing, financial literacy, mutual funds, AI-driven marketing, eco-friendly consumer products, and human resource management. Dr. Sathish Kumar has presented research papers at national and international conferences and has received multiple recognitions, including Best Faculty, Young Researcher, and Elite Teacher awards. He actively contributes to institutional development by serving as Examination Cell Coordinator, NSS Programme Officer, Academic Coordinator, IQAC and NAAC member, and by organizing conferences, entrepreneurship initiatives, and academic events.
