Dr. S. Priyadharshini is an Assistant Professor with expertise in Commerce and Management studies. She earned her Ph.D. in 2025 with a highly commended thesis titled "Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness – A Study among IT Employees in Chennai City." Her teaching and research interests encompass Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Artificial Intelligence in Business, Talent Management, Digital Marketing, and Research Methodology. She has published and presented several research papers in reputed journals and international conferences on AI, digital workplaces, candidate engagement, entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, and advertising. She actively organizes faculty development initiatives, research workshops, and investor awareness programs, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and capacity building. She adopts an interactive, research-oriented, and application-based teaching methodology that encourages critical thinking and practical learning. Her vision is to develop industry-ready graduates through innovation, ethical values, and continuous academic engagement.

Dr. S. Priyadharshini is an Assistant Professor specializing in Commerce, Human Resource Management, and Artificial Intelligence applications in Management. She completed her Ph.D. with a research focus on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness among IT employees. Her academic interests include Human Resource Management, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, AI in Business, and Digital Transformation. She has presented and published research papers in national and international conferences and journals on emerging management topics. She has organized workshops on Research Methodology using AI tools, SPSS, and Investor Awareness Programs. She is committed to outcome-based teaching, research excellence, and student-centric learning. Her objective is to bridge academic knowledge with industry practices through innovative teaching and impactful research.
