Dr. S. Prithivi is is an Assistant Professor in the field of Commerce with a strong interest in teaching, academic research, and curriculum development. She is committed to fostering analytical thinking, research aptitude, and practical business knowledge among postgraduate and undergraduate students through learner-centered teaching methodologies.

Her academic interests include Human Resource Management, Quality of Work Life (QWL), E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Digital Business, Marketing, and Organizational Behaviour. She is particularly interested in interdisciplinary and experimental research, with a focus on integrating emerging technologies such as biometric analysis and data-driven methodologies into management research.

Her current research interests include employee well-being, workplace quality of life, organizational performance, digital transformation in business, consumer behaviour, and technology-enabled management practices. She aspires to contribute to high-quality scholarly publications and collaborative research that address contemporary challenges in commerce and management.

As an educator, she believes in continuous learning, academic integrity, innovation in pedagogy, and creating an engaging learning environment that inspires students to become competent professionals and responsible researchers.
