Bio

Dr. R. Mahalakshmi brings over 16 years of teaching and research experience in HRM, Accountancy, Marketing and Finance to SRM FSH. After completing Ph.D. in Commerce, she has built a career bridging classroom teaching with hands-on research in Commerce.

Teacher believes Commerce education works best when students learn the concept of commerce, not just study theory but structures the courses around practical, project-based learning like brain storming sessions, case studies. Over her career, she has authored more than 10  research papers and mentored numerous student projects/assignments.
