Dr. N. Krishnamoorthy brings over 25 years of teaching, research, and academic experience in Computer Science to the institution. After earning his Ph.D. in Computer Science with a research specialization in Cloud Security, he has dedicated his career to advancing education and research in emerging computing technologies, including Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, and Network Security.

He believes that effective computing education combines strong theoretical foundations with hands-on, project-based learning that prepares students for real-world challenges. His teaching emphasizes innovation, problem-solving, and industry-relevant skills, encouraging students to develop practical solutions using modern technologies. His research interests include Cloud Security, IoT, Cloud Computing, and Network Security, and he actively mentors student projects while promoting research and lifelong learning.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Krishnamoorthy has published more than 30 research articles in reputed national and international journals, presented papers at numerous national and international conferences, contributed book chapters in edited volumes, and holds patents in emerging areas of computer science. He is also the Co-Principal Investigator of an ongoing funded research project, reflecting his commitment to advancing research and technological innovation. He actively mentors student projects and promotes a research-driven learning environment that inspires academic excellence and lifelong learning.
