Dr K. Srinivasan is an experienced commerce academic with over 20 years of teaching and research expertise. His areas of specialisation include accounting, taxation, finance, marketing, and management. He is committed to student-centred learning, academic excellence, and impactful research in commerce and business management.

Bio

Dr. K. Srinivasan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce (Honours), Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram Campus, Chennai. He holds M.Com., M.Phil., MBA, Ph.D., and has qualified for the UGC-NET in Management and SET in Commerce. With more than two decades of academic experience, he has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in accounting, taxation, finance, marketing, and management.

Before joining the SRM Institute of Science and Technology in 2023, he served as the Head of the Department of Business Administration at Indo-American College, Cheyyar, for nearly nineteen years. He is currently guiding Ph.D. scholars and has successfully supervised several M.Phil. Research scholars.

His research interests include financial management, consumer behaviour, digital marketing, and artificial intelligence in business, sustainability, and banking. Dr. Srinivasan has published numerous research papers in UGC CARE, Scopus, and Springer-indexed journals; authored academic books; published patents; and actively participates in faculty development programs. He strongly believes in integrating research, innovation, and practical learning to prepare students for professional excellence.
