Dr. K. Kalaiselvi earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science with specialization in Knowledge Management from Anna University, Chennai. Throughout her academic career, she has held several leadership positions, including Professor and Head, and has consistently contributed to curriculum development, research, and institutional growth. She has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Information Technology.

An active researcher, Dr. Kalaiselvi has published more than 90 research papers in reputed international journals and conferences indexed in Scopus, IEEE Xplore, Springer, and Web of Science. She has edited several international books published by Wiley Scrivener and Rivers Publishers and authored multiple textbooks in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Python Programming, Big Data Analytics, and Research Methodology.

 She has successfully guided seven Ph.D. scholars and six M.Phil. scholars, served as a Ph.D. thesis evaluator and external examiner for various universities, and actively contributes as a reviewer, editorial board member, session chair, and programme committee member for several international journals and conferences. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes research-driven, project-based learning that equips students with both theoretical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills in emerging technologies.
