Bio

Dr. G. Sasipriya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram. She completed her Ph.D. in Computer Science, with research focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Natural Language Processing, Knowledge Graphs, and Nanoinformatics. Her research has contributed to the development of intelligent systems for information extraction, knowledge representation, and healthcare applications, and she has published papers in reputed national and international journals.

As an educator, Dr. Sasipriya believes that students learn best through a combination of strong theoretical foundations and practical, hands-on experience. She adopts a student-centered, project-based teaching approach that encourages critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving. She actively mentors students in mini and major projects, research activities, journal clubs, technical presentations, and industry-oriented learning. Her goal is to equip students with the technical knowledge, research mindset, and professional skills required to excel in higher education, research, and the rapidly evolving technology industry.
