Dr. Mary Dayana has 12 years of teaching experience and has been UGC-NET qualified since November 2020. She is actively involved in research and has published papers in SCI-indexed journals and presented her work at international conferences. She has also contributed to academic publications through book chapters and regularly participates in faculty development programs, workshops, and certification courses to enhance her knowledge and teaching practices.
Beyond academics, she mentors students in academic projects, research activities, and career development, fostering innovation, critical thinking, and lifelong learning. She believes in creating an engaging, student-centered learning environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and professional growth. She is passionate about teaching, research, and continuous professional development.
