The Department of M.Sc. Cyber Security was established in the year 2026 under the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Business Studies. The programme was introduced to meet the growing demand for highly skilled cyber security professionals capable of addressing complex security challenges in the digital era. The department focuses on advanced areas such as Cyber Defence, Digital Forensics, Ethical Hacking, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, and Cyber Risk Management. Through a blend of academic excellence, practical training, industry collaboration, and research activities, the department aims to produce competent professionals and researchers who can contribute effectively to securing digital infrastructures at national and global levels.
