The Department of Commerce – PA, ISM & IAF, Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai Ramapuram, organized a Workplace Wellness Workshop on “Acupressure and Relaxation Therapy for Non-Teaching Staff” on 18 May 2026 at East Block, Room No. 110. The session focused on promoting physical and mental well-being among non-teaching staff by introducing simple acupressure techniques and relaxation practices that can be incorporated into daily routines. The workshop aimed to create awareness about stress management, relaxation, and maintaining a healthy and positive work environment.
