The bridge course comprised three informative sessions delivered by faculty members of the department:
- Dr. K. Anitha, Assistant Professor, handled the session on "Financial Strategy for Business Success" (1.10 p.m. – 2.30 p.m.), focusing on the role of financial strategy in achieving organizational goals, value creation, and competitive advantage.
- Dr. S. Priyadharshini, Assistant Professor, presented "Fundamentals of Strategic Finance" (2.30 p.m. – 3.40 p.m.), covering the core concepts of financial planning, capital structure, investment decisions, and financial analysis.
- Dr. N. Manju, Assistant Professor, delivered the final session on "Strategic Financial Planning and Decision Making" (4.30 p.m. – 5.40 p.m.), emphasizing budgeting, financial forecasting, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making techniques.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students, who actively engaged in discussions, case-based learning activities, and interactive question-and-answer sessions. The bridge course enabled participants to develop a strong foundation in strategic finance, understand contemporary financial decision-making practices, and appreciate the importance of financial planning in business success.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the management, faculty members, and students for their valuable support and active participation.
