SUMMARY OF THE EVENT

The Department of Commerce (ISM, PA & IAF), Faculty of Liberal Arts and Business Studies, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, organized an Alumni Talk titled “The Other Side of College: Stories, Struggles & Success” on 06 July 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at East Block, Room No. 110.

The session featured Ms. Srimathi Shamugam, an alumnus of B.Com Professional Accounting (2019–2022 Batch) and currently practicing as an Advocate. The event was conducted for B.Com Professional Accounting and B.Com Information System Management students.

During the interaction, the alumnus shared her educational journey, challenges faced during college life, transition from academics to the professional world, and experiences in the legal profession.
