The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, School of Media Studies, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, organized Canvasphere – Painting Perspectives, Shaping Narratives, an inter-school drawing competition at Sunbeam School, Porur, on 10 July 2026. The competition encouraged school students to unleash their creativity by illustrating subjects of their choice, ranging from nature and landscapes to cartoons and imaginative concepts. Providing a vibrant platform for artistic expression, the event celebrated originality, creativity, and visual storytelling while fostering confidence and strengthening collaborative engagement between educational institutions.
