Very happy to share that we successfully conducted the World Mental Health Day Awareness Rally on 10.10.2025, in collaboration with NSS students at SRMIST – Science and Humanities. The event was wonderfully executed with great enthusiasm and participation from students, spreading awareness about the importance of mental well-being.

Successfully Completed Our First Student Retreat today!

Delighted to share that we have successfully conducted our first student retreat on the theme “Discovering the self within” – Understanding Emotions, Values, and Strengths.

The session focused on self-discovery and emotional awareness through music therapy, art therapy, dance movement therapy, and group discussions.

It was a wonderful experience to see students actively participate, reflect, and connect with themselves and others.

Proud to coordinate this meaningful initiative as part of the Counselling Support Club, SRMIST – Faculty of Science and Humanities.
