The Department of Computer Science and Applications (MCA), Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, organized a One-Week International Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on "Research Opportunities and Applications of Generative AI in the Recent Era" from 8–13 September 2025. The programme featured expert sessions by academicians from leading institutions in India, Malaysia, Oman, and other international universities, covering topics such as AI/ML, Generative AI, machine learning research, security challenges, and No-Code AI. The FDP provided faculty members and research scholars with valuable insights into emerging research directions and practical applications of Generative AI.
