SUMMARY OF THE EVENT:
The Department of Computer Applications successfully organized “Code-a-thon – A Code War”, an intensive coding event aimed at enhancing students' programming and problem-solving skills.
A total of 50 programming problems were provided to the participants, covering various levels of difficulty and concepts. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with 13 teams competing, each consisting of three members totalling 37 students.
During the 3-hour coding marathon, students actively collaborated within their teams to solve as many problems as possible using programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Java. The event created a highly competitive and engaging environment, encouraging logical thinking, innovation, and teamwork.
Overall, the Code-a-thon was a great success, providing students with a platform to showcase their coding abilities and improve their technical competencies.
