The Department of Commerce (PA, ISM & IAF), Faculty of Science and Humanities, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram , organized a a two-day Orientation Programme to expose students to global professional qualifications, industry expectations, employability skills,

Profile of the Resource person

Krishna Moorthy Venkatraman 

Mr. Krishna Moorthy Venkatraman is a Business Strategy Consultant, CEO, and Certified Information Systems Auditor with over 11 years of professional experience. He is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Hrudyaa AdConSer Private Limited and actively mentors students as a visiting faculty. His expertise spans business consulting, forensic accounting, auditing, e-commerce, and financial reporting. 

Sherry T. George

Ms. Sherry T. George is the Associate Manager – Markets at CIMA, with extensive experience in higher education partnerships and digital marketing. She has successfully worked with CIMA and ICT Academy, building strong collaborations between academia and industry. Her expertise lies in student engagement, institutional partnerships, and professional education initiatives. 

M. Lakshita 

Ms. M. Lakshita is a Project Manager at Kaar Technologies and a First Rank Holder in B.Com ISM. She specializes in project management and SAP presales and achieved rapid career growth through exceptional leadership and performance. She also conducts Campus-to-Corporate and Presentation Skills workshops to prepare students for the corporate world. 

D. Kiran 

Mr. D. Kiran is a Senior Associate at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) with expertise in BFSI and financial technology. His experience includes capital markets, cryptocurrency compliance, AML, sanction screening, and digital asset ecosystems. He brings valuable insights into finance, technology, compliance, and risk management.
