INTRODUCTION

“AI Tools That Make Work Easier: A Practical Guide” is a practical and informative programme designed to introduce participants to the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in academic, professional, and everyday work. The programme will demonstrate how AI tools can simplify tasks such as content creation, research, presentations, data analysis, communication, note-taking, and workflow automation. Through practical examples and demonstrations, participants will learn how to use AI effectively, responsibly, and efficiently to save time and improve the quality of their work. 

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

1.To introduce participants to the concept and applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in everyday work.

2. To familiarize participants with practical AI tools for writing, research, presentations, design, and productivity.

3.  To demonstrate how AI can save time and improve work efficiency.

4. To develop participants’ skills in using AI for academic and professional tasks.

The webinar “AI Tools That Make Work Easier: A Practical Guide” provided participants with practical knowledge of how Artificial Intelligence can be effectively used to improve productivity, creativity, and efficiency in academic and professional environments. Participants gained an understanding of various AI tools for content creation, research, presentations, data analysis, note-taking, image generation, coding assistance, and workflow automation. Through practical demonstrations and real-world examples, the session helped participants learn how to select appropriate AI tools, write effective prompts, automate routine tasks, and use AI responsibly.
