Dr. J. Kumar, Associate Professor & Head, welcomed the guest speaker and highlighted the importance of mental well-being for academic success.

GUEST SPEAKER
The session was attended by all First Year UG students from the Commerce Department, who actively participated in the discussion and shared their perspectives and concerns. The program provided them with a strong foundation for beginning their academic journey with awareness and preparedness for handling stress.

SESSION HIGHLIGHTS 
Ms. Chamudeswari delivered an engaging and interactive presentation focused on understanding stress, its causes among students, and practical coping strategies. She emphasized mindfulness, time management, breathing exercises, and the importance of maintaining a healthy academic-life balance. The students were also introduced to basic mental wellness practices they could incorporate into their daily routine.
